The high-shouldered, tapering body is covered on the exterior with a glaze of rich green color in contrast to the white interior.
Note: A set of three monochrome jars of the same size, with Kangxi marks, one glazed green, one yellow and another aubergine, was sold at Christie's New York, 3 June 1993, lot 235.
