Quatre figurines funéraires féminines d'époque Tang (618-907)

C'est probablement sous la dynastie des Tang que les figurines funéraires chinoise, mingqi, connurent leur apogée, et les quatre statuettes féminines de la collection de Kenzo en sont une parfaite illustration. Avec leurs corps dissimulés sous leurs amples...

Très belle figure funéraire chinoise mingqi en terre cuite beige, dynastie des Han (206 BC - 220 AD). figurant un personnage agenouillé. Le corps est dissimulé sous un vaste manteau croisé dont l'encolure en V laisse apparaître les vêtements du dessous....
