of archaic bronze ding form, the bowl raised on three tall blade-like legs and set with a pair of upright handles at the everted rim, the exterior encircled by a band of lotus lappets, covered overall with a creamy-white glaze.

 

Provenance: Acquired from Edward T. Chow (1910-80) in the late 1960s.
