Finely enamelled with Indian lotus flowers separated by keyfret design, the head inlaid with a pierced jade plaque depicting a peony blossom amidst foliage below a bat, the handle with a pierced plaque with the character shou and a further plaque at the base of the handle with two confronting bats. 42cm (16½in) long.
