Each of a compressed globular form rising to the tall neck with a bulbous mid section, the first painted with scholars seated under a tree in a mountainous river landscape and an attendant carrying books, the shoulders with a foliate floral scroll below the the neck with tulip sprays framing the bulbous section decorated with a lotus scroll, the second painted with a scholar, a lady and attendants by a veranda in a mountainous river landscape, the shoulders with floral sprays below the neck with tulip sprays framing the bulbous section with floral sprays under a lappet border (mounted as a lamp). The porcelain 38cm (15in) high. (2). Estimate: £2,000 - 3,000 - Sold for £2,800 plus Premium and tax
