A BRISTOL DELFT BLUE AND WHITE RECTANGULAR FLOWER-BRICK - CIRCA 1750
Sketchily painted with Oriental figures in a landscape holding a fan and a parasol, the ends with a bird on a flowering plant, the top pierced with twenty-one apertures, flanked by frond and dot-ornament, an old restored chip to one corner and a chip to the opposite corner and with chipping to footrim, some slight losses to glaze to rims. 7 5/8 in. (19.3 cm.) wide. Estimate: £1,200 - £1,800 ($2,332 - $3,497)
