Two English Delft plates. Probably Bristol, 18th Century

The first painted centrally with flowering peonies issuing from a boat-shaped vase within a border of Chinese Buddhist symbols, 23.5cm diam (restoration to rim), the second with flowering peonies issuing from rockwork, a border of alternating panels of diamond diaper pattern and flowerheads to the rim, 26cm diam.
