A Fine Silk Embroidered Green Velvet Panel, the central register of a lithe scaly five clawed dragon in clouds over breaking waves, holding a dharmachakra or wheel of the law before him, representing the teaching of Buddha, whilst chasing a flaming pearl, all bordered by precious emblems.
