the baluster body surmounted by a waisted neck with a flared rim, painted in bright cobalt-blue tones with two five-clawed dragons pacing amongst stylised clouds in pursuit of flaming pearls above a lappet band, all below linked ruyi-shaped lappets enclosing a lotus spray on the shoulder, the neck encircled with a stylised ruyi band.
