David Webb. A gem-set and diamond chimera bangle.

The carved coral bangle embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds within black enamel surrounds, to two chimera heads each accented with a cabochon sapphire, centring on two jade beads, circa 1972, signed Webb, stamped 18k for 18ct gold.

Van Cleef & Arpels, A ruby and diamond 'Inséparbles' ring.

Designed as two entwined lovebirds, their wings following the contour of the band, pavé-set with circular-cut diamonds, the eyes accented with a cabochon ruby, to a tapering yellow gold shank, circa 1965, signed Van Cleef & Arpels and numbered 79974, French assay marks for platinum and gold and maker's mark. Size J.

Paris Cartier. A lapis lazuli, turquoise and diamond brooch.

Designed as a stylisd turtle, the domed lapis lazuli shell embellished with four yellow gold legs each set with a pear-shaped piece of turquoise within a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds, the head similarly-set with oval-shaped turquoise and diamond detail, 1960s, signed Cartier Paris and indistinctly numbered, French assay marks for gold and platinum. 

Paris Boucheron. A yellow gold, sapphire and diamond "Médicis" bangle.

Designed as a series of graduated scroll motifs accented with brilliant-cut diamonds, the cuff embellished with two tapering rows of calibré-cut sapphires, French assay marks for 18ct gold and platinum, signed Boucheron Paris, circa 1937. 

Paris Cartier. A gem-set and enamel 'Chinoiserie' compact.

The annular case, centring on an ivory plaque inlaid with a water dragon scene composed of red and black lacquer with gold detail, emerging from waves composed or mother-of-pearl, within a border of turquoise accented with clusters of ruby cabochons, the surrounding case applied with black enamel, opening to reveal a mirror and powder compartment, circa 1925, signed Cartier London, New York, Paris and numbered 0370, French assay mark for gold. Plaque attributed to Vladimir Makowsky.

Suzanne Belperron. A citrine brooch.

Of stylised African inspiration, the central vertical band radiating from each side two rows of graduated circular-cut citrines within collet settings, circa 1940, partial maker's mark for Société Groène Darde.
