Suspending an openwork plaque set with a cabochon sapphire and brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, on a similarly set necklace, length approximately 490mm, signed Bulgari, Italian assay mark.

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 79694, stating that the sapphires are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
