The vessel is decorated with a chilong handle and spout, the flat cover surmounted by a finial shaped as a further chilong. 7 in. (18 in.) wide handle to spout. The cover: The tip of the dragon's nose has been restored. There are two shallow chips to the inner rim. The wine pot: There is an area of restoration to the mouth rim, spanning approx. 1/3 of the circumference. There is restoration to the horn, ear and mouth of the chilong-form spout. There are some frits and a couple of tiny chips to the foot rim. There is some general age-related surface wearEstimation: USD 3,000 - 5,000
