A Rare Persimmon-Glazed Chrysanthemum Dish, Mark And Period Of Yongzheng (1723-1735)

The dish is potted with the sides finely moulded with forty-four fluted petals radiating from a slightly recessed flat centre to form a foliate rim. It is supported on a straight foot of conforming shape and is covered overall in an even glossy and opaque coffee-brown glaze. The base is left white with a six-character Yongzheng mark within a double circle.
