each moulded in shallow reliefs with eight horses galopping or resting on the floor, the reverse with a large pine tree, the bark of the gnarled tree trunk naturalistically detailed in underglaze red, all reserved on a pale celadon ground save for the interior and the base left white, the base centered with an artemisia leaf mark.
