Circular, with high circular foot, painted in the shallow interior in medium and dark strokes of underglaze blue with a phoenix flying amidst clouds within a double-line border, the foot encircled by an additional blue line and the whole save the foot rim applied with a lustrous transparent glaze of blue cast. 6¾in. (17.1cm.) diameter - Estimate: $35,000-40,000
