Thickly potted, its curving walls painted with a wide panel of scrolling peony flower heads and leaf sprays bordered by stiff-leaf and cloud-collar bands, with some motifs repeated on the domical cover topped by a lotus bud finial (repairs, base drilled and cracked). 23 1/2in (58.5cm) high - Sold for $2,160
