These earrings are inspired by the « Black & White Bal », the memorable ball hosted by the famous writer Truman Capote in 1960 in New York.
The earrings represent the elegance of a swan and are a nod to the affectionate nickname that Truman Capote gave to his close female friends. He affectionately called them “my swans” which echoes their beauty and grace.
