The sugarloaf cabochon sapphire weighing 20.21 carats, flanked by tapered baguette diamonds weighing approximately .80 carat, size 4¾, signed Cartier Mtg., numbered 53-49342. 

Note: Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 47467 stating that the sapphire is of Kashmir origin, no gemological evidence of heat.
