The figure is modelled wearing a long flowing robe and cape, his face with bushy eyebrows and facial hair. He stands on a base with reeds above swirling waves and holds a slipper in his right hand. 16 in. (40.7 cm.) high. Estimate £1,000 – £1,500 ($1,687 - $2,531)

Provenance: Acquired in Versailles, France on 2 March 1974.
