The broad body enamelled primarily in shades of green, yellow and iron-red with three rows of panels variously containing animals including a tiger, qilin, flying horse and Buddhistic lion, all divided by large clusters of tree peony and other foliage growing from rockwork, the cover with similar panels (old damage and repair). 63cm (25in) high.
