The oval cabochon star sapphire, weighing 43.40 carats, within a four-claw setting, to a pavé-set pierced and decorated gallery featuring a pair of rose-cut diamonds on either side, mounted in 18k white gold, ring size 5 ½. Estimate: HK$350,000 - 450,000, $45,000 - 58,000
