The ring engraved with amatory inscription 'iea do re' (Je adore), each group of letters connected by double heart and cross motifs, on a cross-hatched ground, ring size N½. Estimate: £4,000 - 6,000, US$ 6,400 - 9,600
Found in Redditch Worcestershire, treasure number 2005 T158. Accompanied by copies of letters from the British Museum describing the ring and confirming the Crown's interest in this find was disclaimed.
