Carved jade. Seal surmounted by a chilong. Pierced jade pendant roundel with a spinning chilong. Translucent pale celadon stone, the seal with flecks of russet. Dimensions: 5 to 6 cm. Good condition. Estimation : 800 € / 1 000 €

Elegant and finely carved jade stones of the chilong dragon

These two jade carvings were crafted in China during the Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or slightly later. Rendered is a seal surmounted by an open work chilong as well as a pierced pendant with a roundel of a spinning chilong dragon.Each stone shows a translucent pale celadon color and the seal is suffused with flecks of russet.
