The bowl on a short circular foot, decorated with thick white slip and incised lines with scrolling flowers, applied with a glossy clear glaze, the foot unglazed. With wood box.

NoteThe body of this tea bowl is painted freely in iron-oxide with stylized scrolling flowers. This type of tea bowl is often called as ehakeme chawan (tea bowl with brush painting) by Japanese tea masters who admired the simple beauty of Korean porcelains.
