The pendant is carved and pierced as two interlocking cats, one carved out of the glassy pale apple-green section of the stone, the other cat highlighted by the translucent white part of the stone.

Note: An identification report from Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory Limited confirms that the present lot is natural green jadeite.
