The bronze shovel agricultural tool was unearthed from Tomb No. 113 (M113:327) of the Yangfutou Ancient Tomb Complex in Kunming. The shovel is rectangular, and the handle is cast in the shape of an erect male genital organ. This bronze shovel was used by shamans to worship the god of agriculture, symbolizing fertility worship , and was a sacrificial ritual object for praying for high grain yields. The bottom of the shovel is flat, the blade is square, and the side edge curves outward.
