the shallow rounded sides rising from a slightly domed base with central button, finely carved in medium relief to the interior with branches of flowering begonia, the exterior with branches of flowering chrysanthemum, the stone of very pale celadon-white tone.
Provenance: Purchased from John Sparks Ltd., London, 10th August 1967, with Sparks paper label to base.
