Iznik dishes, Turkey, Ottoman Empire sold at Koller, 17 September 2036

Painted in bole red engobe, blue and emerald green. With a saz leaf, roses and carnations rising from tall grass. The border with a stylized "breaking waves" border in black, green and blue. The reverse with stylized motifs in black, blue and green. Collection label to the reverse inscribed "Y.04". Pierced through the foot for suspension. Chips to the rim. Hairline cracks.

Painted in bole red engobe, blue and emerald green, partly blurred. With a stylized floral bouquet. The edge of the center with a stylized "breaking waves" border in black. The border with a stylized frieze of trilobed flowers and leaves. The reverse with stylized motifs in black and green. Collection labels to the reverse, including a label with a griffin bearing a coat of arms. Pierced through the foot for suspension. Chips to the rim. Restored break.

The reverse with stylized motifs in black, blue and green. Collection labels to the reverse inscribed "Y.27" and "ARC 95622". Pierced through the foot for suspension. Chips to the rim. Hairline cracks.

Painted in bole red engobe, blue and turquoise. The center with a rosette surrounded by radiating arcades with stylized flowers. The edge of the center and the border with a stylized "breaking waves" border in black and blue. The reverse with stylized motifs in black and turquoise. Collection labels to the reverse. Pierced through the foot for suspension. Rim restored. Minor overpainting. Base with a chip.

The border with a stylized floral and foliate frieze. The reverse with stylized motifs in green and blue. Collection labels to the reverse. Pierced through the foot for suspension. Chips to the rim. Restorations. Minor hairline cracks.
